I want to start by saying I have gone to this establishment before and have had great services during the week day hours.

I went with a girlfriend yesterday. We made appointments and expected we would have another great service…. Boy were we both very mistaken.

We both paid for the medium pedicure. Not the lowest but not the highest they offer. We were talking and quickly noticed how minimal effort was being put into our services. The scrub was 30 seconds…. No calius remover, a perafin dip that was put on for a minute and still fluid in the bag, just like they were going through the motions to get us out of the chair because they were busy.

My friend got gel and when she was done noticed how much polish and dead skin was left around her toes… she started picking it at at the drying station and then the man who did her pedicure told her to come back and he redid the service that should have been done the first time.

I quickly realized my feet had so much dead skin left on them because no scrubbing was done. When I go for a pedi I do not expect it to be perfect… but I could have done a way better job at home….. I was not happy when I went to pay and told the owner it was the worst service I received and could have done better at home myself. She came around the counter, told the girl who did my services she needed to redo it, i just needed to wait for my polish to dry……….45 minutes later after being forgotten twice she finally called me back. I went to leave and that is when she noticed ‘ Me….

She told me she didn’t want to scrub my feet because my skin is very thin and she didn’t want to cut me….. not once was this mentioned during service and I do not have thin skin at all…..

She then proceeded to cheese grade my feet with only the minimal callus treatment and raw dawging it. Then following she covered my feet in oil to the point my foot was sliding through my shoe.

We paid, left and vowed to never go back.

A few hours later my girlfriend who paid extra for gel noticed two of her toenail polish’s have already fallen off!

We went back and they offered to fix for her but she just wanted a refund which they do not do….

Be careful to be very satisfied with your service before you leave….. we will not be returning to this establishment because of the countless errors that were made during...

I’m extremely disappointed that I have to give this place a bad review. I’m new to the area, moved to New Berlin roughly 4-5 months ago. Finally decided it was time to find a reliable nail salon. I found Platinum Nails on Google and saw they had fantastic reviews. I did a walk-in on Saturday, April 6th around 9:30ish in the morning. I figured if I wasn’t going to make an appointment I’d go early enough to see if they could fit me in. I received my pedicure first, the gentleman doing my nails seemed to be rushing and not taking his time. I figured maybe because he was expecting a rush or had appointments which I honestly understood. I’ve never been there before so I didn’t want to assume anything or have high expectations. I’m not one to discuss money but I tipped the nail tech $10 as I figured maybe it was just a bad day. I even thought the prices were really good considering they had great reviews and such! However, it’s now April 15th and I have brand new polish on my nails courtesy of me and drug store brand nail polish because the gel polish I received from my manicure at Platinum Nails had already pealed so badly after ONE week. Completely disappointed and will not be returning for...

This place has lost a customer today! Second time I had bad service and I’m extremely disappointed. Was told about this place by my mother in law and started going for manicures and pedicures. My 1st issue was going for a a mani and pedi and the lady drew not once but twice clipped the skin on a toe and shaved my skin raw while filling my nail. Decided to give them one more chance which was a dumb idea today for a mani since I have had great service prior. Made an appointment and was about to walk out after waiting for over an hour. Had a photo of what I was looking for and she said she could do it. My nails look nothing like the photo!!! This isn’t ombré and I was even asked if a child did them. Also Lisa the owner does not have a great poker face after asking how they looked and my showing her as I was walking out. Could hear what said to her client!!! Ken was awesome but seems rushed; there is another male who was super nice and did a good job; I think Kelly may be the name of the person who drew blood and there’s a sister of Lisa who is fine. There are some others that work there that I would not let touch my nails again. Unfortunately thought I had found a good place...
