Cousins Subs — Restaurant in Muskego

Great cousins location. I have probably eaten there 500 times the past 3-4 years while on my lunch break. Seems like every time I go for my lunch sub combo they are extremely busy. Lobby jam packed. I see people getting uneasy and mad like it's the employees fault they are busy. How can you expect your sandwich in 2 mins when there is 10 orders ahead of you in which you saw when you walked in and they have fries and the grill going. We as people take our instant gratification for granted sometimes. These people are mostly underpaid and under constant stress and anxiety and like most restaurants these people don't even get actual breaks. Imagine if we didn't have grab on the go food around. Only food we could make at our houses. Everyone would regret the mainstream view on food service workers. Again great location, although I am very sad my favorite bubbly cashier doesn't work...

I’m upset that I had to even give them that one star to leave a review. I went in last night around 7 or so and it looked very unprofessional and poorly ran. The manager had poorly died purple hair and she was just rude. I think I heard one of her coworkers call her ally? A simple smile while ordering would’ve been appreciated but they all just looked unhappy to be there and not welcoming at all. My fries were not fresh and I had asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich but they put them on anyways. I called to complain but whoever answered the phone hung up on me when I told them the problem I had!! This location is so close to my home so it’s convenient for me but I will have no problem driving a little further to subway to ensure my food will be made correctly and fresh. I would not recommend this location...

I ordered three chicken cheese steaks with double chicken and extra everything, they were very dry and I noticed no mayo. I called Muskego store 1146, and the manager explained it was my fault because i didn't read the menu I then asked for another person to speak with and young woman stated corporate just changed the Chicken cheese steak now to not come with mayo and it was noted on the menu. I explained subs were very dry and why didn't cashier explain mayo not included. The call was ended with no customer satisfaction from the call and very dissatisfied with my chicken cheese steaks.
