Dockside Donuts — Restaurant in Muskegon

Dockside donuts is a new addition to the lakeside area. I am very excited because this is the first coffee shop in the area and quite some time that I can walk to. It's a quaint, cute, simple yet effective, tasty little coffee donut shop. The prices are fitting. Today I received a 20 oz coffee hot along with for specialty donuts and I left a $3 tip with the total coming to $17 and some change. They do iced coffees and hot coffee along with donuts specialty donuts breakfast sandwiches there maybe few more items I posted the menu in the photos. Today I walked in and I was about 12 people back in line, I placed my order and received my donuts and coffee within a matter of fifteen minutes or less. There is indoor seating along with outdoor seating. There's a few flavors you can add to your coffee latte along with lavender white chocolate hazelnut mocha caramel there may be a few more but I think that about sums it up. There's no whip cream that they put on the trick. You do have a milk choice. There is no blender they do not do iced coffees that are blended up just on ice cube's the normal way. This is going to become my new favorite local donut shop. As a Muskegon native of 27 years I can safely say this is the best doughnut shop in Muskegon. I've tried everywhere else and while some stood out more than others, this place is top tier and miles above the rest. The variety and quality of doughnuts here is unmatched. If you truly want the best doughnut experience in Muskegon then you have to try out Dockside. Quick, friendly, fresh, and easy to order. My only complaint is the price. I'm about to get reallllly fat if the price of the doughnuts remains so low. Because honestly for the price you pay, the quality is absurd. I was expecting to find some expensive doughnuts here based on what I've heard about how great they are. $2 for the best doughnut I've ever had in my life is an absolute steal. Visited Dockside Donuts while staying at Safe Harbor Marina next door. I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. A shining beacon of excellence in a sea of mediocrity.

Coffee the likes of which I haven't seen or tasted but for only a few times in life: Smooth, chocolatey, high test and delicious.

Incredibly friendly staff, thoughtful and personable. Perhaps a testament to the business itself: THE CUSTOMERS ARE FRIENDLY. I cant say if that's a characteristic of Muskegon or of the Donut shop, but I have strong reason to believe its because of the Donut shop.
