I’ve been here about a good total of two times (the first was for a family member’s essentials.) My second visit was yesterday and it was great! I was greeted immediately once inside (this is important to me when choosing a store to shop in. I love feeling welcomed & comfortable.) If Jaxson isn’t a manager, he should be. Very nice experience, I didn't have to wear a mask...(I CAN'T I HAVE ISSUES WITH PTSD)...The store was very clean , the dressing rooms were open and clean...and I just by chance overheard 2 new employees being trained and the young lady that was training was AMAZING. Ladonna should not be a manager. She is extremely rude and told me that the money I spent in the store didn’t matter to her when I said I earned a coupon because I spend a lot of money there to be treated so rudely. Will be calling corporate. She needs lessons in customer service. Then I walk away and she and her fellow employees started making fun of me and talking badly of me. Horrible horrible...
