Best gym in Muskogee hands down. My wife and I got week passes for a few weeks while we were in town and I loved everything about this place. The staff are no nonsense, super friendly folks; the temporary passes were a good price; they have a huge variety of protein shakes and pre workout drinks; and all the plate loaded hammer strength equipment one would expect in a world class gym; clean facilities open 24/7 with a sauna as well. My only disappointment was that I wasn’t allowed to kick the heavy bags that were apparently exclusively for some class. I recommend to the owners that they throw a heavy bag up somewhere for punching and kicking outside of the classes. An ice bath would be a nice addition as well. I already recommended my friends and fam in the area to check this place out and Ill def hit this spot up whenever Im back in the area. Was hoping to roll with the guys at Church ju-jitsu but the timing didnt work out before we had to fly back to SE Asia. next time. ...

First off, I’m not from the area and I’m a truck driver. Been to many different gyms across many different state lines and this is by far one of the best gyms I have been too! Clean the staff is friendly willing to help out and answer any questions you may have. They acknowledge EVERYONE who walks through the door. The owner Enrique Gomez is an amazing guy! Very knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a great place to call home or just passing through and want a lift this is your place. Although the facility & staff are nice, there are signs that say “no profanity” all over the gym. THIS IS NOT ENFORCED! Not only is there some horrible language from patrons but the music they play over the speakers is FULL of profanity. Thank God for head phones!!! We will not be renewing our membership!!!

Update: The manager contacted me very quickly after my leaving this review & was very kind & concerned. As stated in their response, the music has been resolved & it was done quickly!
