Absolutely amazing customer service, friendly knowledgable staff/owners, vast stock & inventory... Totally worth going to check out for yourself, your going to be glad you did!

The owners are cheerful, honest & more than reasonable (with not just prices but also returns, accidents, you name it).

Making a profit is always what it seems most shops these days focus on, so little is offered with devoting business to satisfying a need or desire. However; not this establishment. They have no problem keeping stocked items that are not popularly purchased, thus harder to sell, special ordering exclusive items not currently found in stock at present, or going the extra above amd beyond for customer requests in matters of unknown criteria (example: they didnt have much knowledge on vape juice or branding as to have my inquired inventory, but had issue studying they area to better learn about the ratios of VG to PG juices/mods and ordering items to offer for interested parties).

The shop, its respective owners, employees, everything... is entirely gear toward an absolutely​ remarkable customer experience.....

I love Pinky’s. They always help me find exactly what I want or need, at all sorts of price ranges. Awesome art as well as any tool you’d need with different variations of it. I can’t help but spend too much when I visit simply because I enjoy the quality items and quality customer service. The punch card system is a great loyalty program that has helped us save a quite a bit when it’s time to purchase a larger piece. Austin is awesome and we genuinely enjoy our visit when he’s working! Thank you so much for opening quite possibly the greatest novelty and accessory shop...

I'm not usually the one to post low star reviews but I sat in n here waiting for somebody for 15 minutes until I started shouting hello . Anyways I was holding a $20 bill in my hand I ask how much an item was they look right in my hand pointed it out and said 20 buck a roos so I asked how much another item was and they said 20 bucks mind you neither of them wouuld cost 10 bucks no matter where you buy it so I did not have as pleasant of an experience or you could have been serious and I felt like I was being...
