As soon as we came in they gave my three five year olds baskets and told the to pick whatever they wanted so obviously they went to pick whatever they wanted and all the beads say like ten cents and thirty cents so I thought only like ten fifteen dollars per bracelet I planned on spending a hour or two there having family time the people were nice but they kept showing my grandkids beads and putting them in there basket cuz they liked it I thought whatever they are just trying to help it was fun and games until we had to actually make the bracelets the string was so expensive and we had to buy everything separate and each thing was around 7-9 dollars one of them only mad four bracelets and it was 87 dollars that is what made me mad because they were encouraging them to get all the expensive stuff I don’t want to be a rude bit my feelings are valid and that is crazy I asked if they could return them because we had other stuff planned for the week on our vacation and they said they can’t so now we have to figure out what we can’t do anymore also the beads they didn’t want they had to go around and individually put them back in little bowls overall I spent 230 dollars on 8 bracelets and they charged me for twenty dollars for beads they didn’t even have on there bracelets and couldn’t refund me I plan to NEVER stop by this store again I don’t mean to be rude must my...
Read moreStaff was nice and friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming and layout of the store was organized. We walked in expecting an average $15 to make a bracelet, and when we checked out we found that we spent $25 on an anklet, $50 on two childrens bracelets and a children's necklace, $23 on a bracelet, and $77 for 4 bracelets. The beads were reasonably priced but they charge for every little thing. When we said we didn't want to pay $200 they told us we couldn't return it. Also beware when you write down each individual bead that you pick that you use them or cross them off because they will ring up whatever you write down even if it's not on the finished jewelry, then they made my girls put every individual bead they didn't use back where they went which took up so much time. I was really excited to do this with my kids and ended up very disappointed and feeling cheated. I suggest to the company to escort people through the process or clear the prices with the parents before charging so much for jewelry. Would...
Read moreThis business is going under and can’t afford reliable chairs- my elderly mother fell and nearly broke her neck when a chair broke from underneath her after sitting in it for quite a while, it was when she got up and the chair shifted that it broke in two pieces. They offered us no reconciliation. All they did was give her another four legged chair to help her get up. And nothing after that but a “sorry, kids always spin around isn’ them” as if that’s an excuse for being so negligent. They also tried to withhold footage on their security cameras. Acting like they sometimes have access and sometimes not. This happened just now and I am sitting in the waiting room of an urgent care because she is in so much pain. I still don’t know if she will be okay from this.
Extremely unprofessional, rude, and dangerous.
