Completely and totally incompetent HOA. They just change the gate code again without warning. I had an autistic 5-year-old having a meltdown in 100° weather stuck at the gate and they refused to help after 20 minutes. Thankfully another Resident was able to let me in after the line went out the road. The owner called in our behalf and they gave her the wrong code. Now we're looking at a new code situation so all of our therapists were in home don't have a way to get in, any grocery delivery or food delivery you want is a no-go. Not worth the hassle if you're looking to move into this place go somewhere else. And if your new place has first residential as an HOA keep going because they are disgusting and horrible people. Worse place I've lived in Savannah Shores they were amazing as far as landscaping getting finished. Apparently the landlords of the units DO NOT communicate with their tenant's about noise. Walls rattle and pics have fallen off. I have an amazing landlord but if something would have been available in Savannah Shores again after I sold my home I would have taken it. I deliver packages and had no gate code to get in yesterday. When I was trying to access it someone pulled up behind me and was very rude and told me I needed to turn around. There was no room to turn around. Why are the gates closed during business hours? People please tell delivery drivers how to get inside if you order from Amazon or whoever else needs to have your items...
