I took my boyfriend and his brother to this skatepark, and must say that it's a true piece of junk! The local kids said that was the only city park that they had in the entire area, so we tried to have a good time. After 45 minutes we were done, ready to travel to another city if need be? The ramps were in shambles, it smelled like urine, trash all over the place, and a very poorly built skatepark! Don't waiste your time at Matt Hughes skate park, just drive 15 minutes up hwy 17. and you'll find a place called Stability Skateboard Co. & Skatepark. This place was amazingly better in every way, in fact it had a 32' wide mini half, a Team Pain built street park, and a Grindline built concrete bowl! The guys were super stoked to skate a real skatepark, and with so much diversity! 5 stars at Stability, and 1 for Matt Hughes! If your looking for a great place in that area of Myrtle Beach, check out Stability Skateboards and Park, the ship had everything and then some! There had to be over 120 different shoes to choose from, and every skate company in the industry! Kudos to Stability for being a core skate shop, and a solid skatepark, we'll be...

Somewhere around 3 rails and a concrete separator as well as some ledges with metal for grinding as well. All in all if you're in Myrtle beach and you want to skate before dark without being interrupted and with well made obstacles. Definitely...
