Do NOT recommend. Worst customer service ever. I called yesterday to make sure my 16 year old son and his friend could drive the jet ski. They said yes, but couldn't haul anyone because they're under 18. Okay cool, thanks, we will be there tomorrow. Today I call again and ask what's the latest we could arrive for a one hour jet ski rental they tell me 430pm, ok cool, we arrive at 405pm. We go inside and they ask for their IDs. The guy I spoke with yesterday never mentioned them needing IDs... I was under the impression I signed for them. So my son's friend is told to have his mom send his birth certificate, written permission for me to sign for him, and the manager spoke to her on the phone. They rang us up and we paid $327. Then after we pay the manager decides to call, who I am assuming is the owner, and then says my son's friend cant ride alone now. I said well maybe you should have made that call BEFORE I paid. Then goes on to say he can ride with a guide. Okay sounds good. They go down, get their life vests on and I go to the restaurant they recommend so I can over look the riding area. I ordered my food and then my phone rings. They ask who's card I used. I used my best friend's card because she wanted to treat them. I had her call them and give permission, she did. I thought all was good. Then they call me and say they aren't taking them out now because a storm is coming in. I look at the radar, no storm near us and still not raining as I'm typing this review. I go in to speak to the manager fuming mad because this is literally the only thing the kids have asked to do our entire vacation... now I've wasted our day drove 40 minutes to get there for our day to be ruined. I did my due diligence calling in advance to make sure we would be good to go. They just canceled their ride and offered nothing more. I did cuss and act out of character because there's nothing worst then your kids being let down. I apologize for cursing, but there is absolutely no excuse for this. We leave in 2 days and I could have spent my day on the beach rather than driving 40 minutes for nothing!!! Would have been nice if they offered to let them ride tomorrow or Friday, but offered NOTHING. Absolutely poor...

Read moreThe equipment is in excellent condition here, but the operation itself is incredibly irresponsible and disorganized. They did not check to see if the weather is safe and they did not keep track of everyone in the group while on the water. In fact, I even pointed out the thunderstorm moving towards us and I got told it wasn't moving that direction. I am an airline pilot with a minor in Meteorology. It stormed 10 minutes after that statement. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
I have been a jet ski owner since I was 10 years old and this is the first time I have EVER been miserable on a Waverunner. They made us jet ski back in the middle of a thunderstorm (cold and painful) and lost half of the group. The other half had all run out of gas and returned 45 minutes after the first half.
When we asked where the second half of our group was, NO ONE knew and what was worse was that no one seemed to care or make any effort to find out. In fact, I was treated with a very condescending attitude when I asked that somebody lift a finger (I was much more polite when I asked) to find out where they were. Very poor customer service.
