Friday Sept 12th, closing time at the Myrtle Town Miranda’s. I went in there, 6 minutes till closing. I was looking for one thing, and that was a cotton quilt. As I walked in, and before I could even ask about a quilt, I was met with a clearly disgruntled and blatantly bitter woman who immediately tried to exit me, she snapped that the store is closing. I tried to show her the time and was just about to tell her I only needed one thing but she became concerningly hostile and aggressive “I don’t care what your phone says, NO!” and literally had her arm up pointing at the door. She could have said “well we’re not letting anyone else shop, come back tomorrow,” but no, she becomes irate and actually yells at me. I would have had no refutes if it was enforced with courtesy or at the very least humanity. Her temper was completely unwarranted and being kicked out of the store in that manner, well, that was belittling...
Read moreI thought this was a decent thrift store that helped animals apparently it is not I brought some donations very nice stuff dropped them off lady was kind of rude to begin with I guess cuz I wasn't there at the right time but after I drop them off I walked over to the Johns cigars as I'm walking back to my car I noticed that employee loading the stuff I just donated into their vehicle what's up with that what kind of place is this so I'm assuming that the donations I make may or may not get used at the store for to help the animals is that how this store works the employees take what they want first and then what's left over gets sold...
