when i came here there was only one employee who obviously hadn’t been trained properly. this is absolutely NO shade to the employee to be clear, he was doing his very best to be friendly and make our orders to the best of his ability, but he was struggling with a rude customer at the drive thru and two people in store. the management needs to make sure they properly train employees if they are going to leave them to run the store alone like this poor guy, or have someone else there to assist. he wasn’t even sure how to make certain drinks and took a long time to fulfill orders and...
