I ordered a large bouquet for my daughter. What she received is no where near the size nor quality of what was pictured. When i tried to contact customer service online. I had the option of a refund or a re delivery . I chose redelivery . It was never received ! Very irritated . I would not have ordered from them and even upgraded the order to receive such a poor arrangement . , than a poor resolution for my issue.
