Even though it is a small store I find most everything I am looking for. No sales pressure. The first one that was able to answer my questions about bitterness of beers here versus german beer. The reason beers from here dont win any prizes in germany is that either the brewer uses forbidden ingredients (Budweiser uses rice!!) or they think the more bitter the better the beer. Hop should be used as a spice and a preservative and NOT as a main ingredient. I have tasted dozens of better beers in germany and I consider myself not a big consumer of beers.
