BEST BUY INTERIORS
We were referred to Best Buy Interiors by our contractors for quartz countertops. Before our kitchen remodel even began, we had a sewer back-up and needed to replace all of the carpeting in our lower level. After shopping around for vinyl flooring, we decided to go back to the Best Buy Showroom. We were very fortunate to be he helped by Laura Gambill. Can’t say enough about her customer service. She has a great design eye, is professional, helpful, & patient. She helped us select the perfect product for our project & was more than willing to work with our timetable. The installers were awesome & worked late to complete our flooring in one day. Everyone called when they were supposed to & arrived on time. Extremely happy with the end result. We recently finished our kitchen remodel. We returned to Best Buy Interiors for our quartz countertops. They have both a showroom & a slab office. Rebekah & Steve at the Slab office were both helpful, knowledgeable, & patient, giving us plenty of time to look at all of the slabs before making a decision. We were very happy with the installation of the countertops. The installers were great & extremely careful getting the old countertops out & the new quartz ones in. Went very smoothly considering our narrow staircase & smaller kitchen. The seams are almost invisible. Everything went flawlessly.
After selecting our countertops, we worked with Laura again & she helped us select the perfect tile & grout color that coordinated perfectly with our cabinet & wall colors. The tile installation was another success story. Miguel was an expert craftsman. Hard working, precise, & meticulous. He definitely takes pride in his work & his years of experience are evident. I would use Best Buy Interiors for future projects & recommend you consider them for your renovation needs. Ask for Laura G. ...
Read moreWe purchased 3 bathroom vanities and our kitchen countertops from Best Buy as well as flooring for two of our bathrooms. We have had mixed feelings about our experience. Our flooring went fine for the most part, no issues there. Our countertop and vanities installation didn't go as smoothly. There were issues with damage to our walls when they removed the old vanity in our powder room but they fixed it when they installed the new vanity. We still have to do some painting, but it was fine. They also cut the wrong quartz for our powder room so they had to come back at a later date to install the correct one. In the end, we were ok with everything because they took care of their mistakes. Fast forward about 6 months and our kitchen sink started leaking. I called Andy at Best Buy to inquire if they had any kind of guarantee or warranty on their plumbing work because we purchased a new sink from them and they did the install and plumbing. He told me that he didn't think so, but he would check with his supervisor and call me back. I waited almost a week and a half and he never called me back. I couldn't keep letting my sink leak, so I called a plumber. The plumber came out and confirmed that the leak was because the garbage disposal was not reinstalled correctly. It was an easy fix, but we had to come out of pocket to pay for their mistake. But the worst part of it all for me is that we never even got a call back. Even if they didn't guarantee their work (which I believe they should) they didn't care to even give us a call even though they knew we had an active leaking sink. I cannot recommend them for countertops and vanity installation. Between the issues during the install and the way they handled things afterwards, I feel like you can find a...
Read moreI would never do business with this family. Most unethical people I have ever dealt with. I recently agreed to purchase an ATV from this family owned business. It was a black 2010 Polaris XP850 with 100 hours on it. It is currently listed on Craigslist today 5/11/16. I was told one of their people (Robert)was selling it for them on Craigslist because the family has so much money they don't handle their own affairs. I am not from a wealthy family. I am a blue collar guy who works very hard for my money. I took 1/2 day off of work on 5/10/16 to drive an hour after agreeing to pay the $4500 that they were asking. This was the listed price on CL 2 days ago. We even agreed on the cash price by text(I still have the saved text messages from Robert). When I showed up yesterday morning, I was told the owners decided they wanted $5400 instead of the $4500 they agreed to. I thought this guy was kidding me. He said no, and told me that I either need to pay the extra $900 or leave. I explained to this person that this is NOT how you treat people. I told him that I did not care how much money the family has. You dont treat people like this. I will NEVER do business with this company. I want people to know the kind of people that own this company. Robert could not have been more of a jerk. I explained to Robert that I took a 1/2 day off work. He did not care. The only thing he cared about was getting more money for his wealthy owners. I do not like writing things like this, however I DONT WANT ANYONE TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS. Money does NOT buy class or Character. I feel sorry for Robert and the Best Buy Family. You have lost sight of what it means to care...
