This is in regards to the TSA pre check employee located here. I was 10 mins early to my appointment and I informed the heavy set female that. She told me to step over and as I did a gentleman showed up who I thought was the person before me. I told her that might be the person before me as I'm early. She responded with, "Don't telll me how to do my job" with a very irritated tone. I was a little taken aback with that response as I was just trying to be considerate to the other person since I was early. She continues on irritated that I can't position my fingers properly flat. My fingers especially my pinkies do not separate from my ring fingers. Not every one has the same anatomy and she should understand that. Then she says my signature does not look right. Signing on the digital reader is not the most accurate representation of a pen and paper signature. She should understand that too. Then she asked if I put my middle initial in my signature? I said yes and she said, "They only need the first and last name" and I asked if I should repeat and she goes on saying, "No, I submitted it already. They are taping everything so they can see what went on".
I hope they review it because I have no idea how she can be in this kind of job with her attitude like that. Very rude person. Management should look at all the bad reviews and see where the common issue is. I definitely would not recommend this place for a TSA pre check interview...
Read moreFound an office chair I liked in the store. They were not in stock, so clerk said they could order them and have them shipped to my house for free with next-day shipping. It was Saturday, so he said it may be Wednesday instead of Tuesday. Placed order on 4/6/2019. No chairs by Saturday 4/13/2019. I called and Staples said the shipper lost one of the chairs, so they'd re-ship the order. They reshipped, I was told chairs would be here by 4/16 - only one was delivered. I called and Staples reshipped the second chair (error on previous call-taker's part) and I'd receive it by 4/17. No delivery on 4/17. Got an email 4/18 saying the delivery date would be 4/18 - no delivery. Called and they said there were still 3 runs the truck was doing and I'd still get it on 4/18 - no delivery. Got an email on 4/19 saying the chair will be here 4/19 - I'm not holding my breath.
If you're going to buy something at Staples, make sure it's in stock. Otherwise don't bother. If had been something I didn't need to try out, like the chairs, I would have been better off going to Walmart or Amazon anyway for price and...

We went to their branch took a pic for my visa and then when I checked the drive after reaching home it was empty. I went back to the store and waited for 45 mins and the response i got was that it's some technical issue. I even offered to buy a usb drive but John and another lady staff declined to help saying it's time for them to close. We reached the store well before the closing time and they wasted the time dilly dallying with some random reasons and then they conveniently said it's time to close. It was my last date to apply my visa application and even after requesting multiple times that lady staff was impolite and showing severe attitude and declined to help.
