Do NOT go to this location. I used to have the best experiences here under previous management, but now I will never return. Honestly, thereās some new(Er) person who manages this location and his people skills are non-existent. He has no business working in a field where he has to interact with customers. I was quoted a price in the morning by an employee & received my carbon copy of the price. A couple hours later and I return to pick up my phone and itās this other guy working who says heās manager. He rings me out while talking to me, does not say anything about he total, charges my card, and I get my receipt and leave.
I later meet with my boyfriend and he asks me how much I paid. I tell him, and he is shocked because we have used the location 3 other times for the same screen glass screen repair, and it has always been at least $20-30 less than I paid. I then check the receipt and realize I was charged for an LCD repair, which is NOT the repair I needed.
I returned to the store, And the original employee was back, I ask to see my copy of the receipt because I was promised a price PLUS discount from him that morning, which I was not charged. This gentleman came back with a box of at least 150 completely unorganized (likely trash) original receipts and tells me āyou can look through here if you want.ā
After finally getting the Managers contact info, his tone was completely unprofessional and pompous during the conversation, as he proceeded to explain to me that he actually gave me a $10 discount and should have charged me more!!!
I could not believe it. Finally, this man had the audacity to tell me that if āit means that much, [I] can come into the store and [he] will hand me a $10 bill, like he was doing me some favor? They understand how important our smartphones are to us and endeavor to repair them as quickly as possible. Both times, the repair took about one hour ā quite good IMO. Their workmanship is high quality and I have had no problem with my phone after the repairs. If all that isnāt good enough, their prices are extremely reasonable. A trifecta IMO. Oh yeah, their customer service is exceptional. Quadfecta?

Iāve dropped my iPhone 6 a number of times, but this last time caused some parts to fall out. I bagged everything up late on a Friday afternoon and headed over to Dr Gadget. Iād just put a new battery in it myself, but I ruined the screen so I wanted to get that fixed. Stephen fixed the screen quickly and brought the phone out to charge. But it wouldnāt charge past 20%. So he asked if it would be ok if he went to the other store to pick up a battery. I said no problem. He came back in a jiff with 2 batteries. Swapping out one, then the other. Same issue. Not charging. Turns out, I had a malfunctioning chip that wouldnāt allow the phone to acknowledge whether or not the battery was charged. It would turn off and back on after 3 minutes. So I wound up purchasing a new phone a little sooner than Iād planned. Iām still giving Dr. Gadget 5 stars. Hereās why. Stephenās overall friendliness and speed in which he worked showed that he was well suited for dealing with people and my time was just as valuable to him as well. I felt Stephen went above and beyond, trying everything he could to resolve my battery situation.
