We primarily stop here for the Binny's, because it's typically "on the way" home or to somewhere. The Binny's is very nice, with a big selection and helpful staff. Fresh Tyme Marketplace is also pretty nice, but we generally shop at Mariano's or Whole Foods. When we know we're coming to Binny's we'll make a stop here too. The produce is good, and the fresh baked breads are pretty good as well.
We've only eaten at the Indian restaurant once, and it was ok. If you like Indian food you'll probably find it enjoyable and the buffet is a pretty good deal. Time it right, though, because after the buffet shuts down they are closed for like an hour to switch over to dinner service.

The rest consists of gyms without a single patron), yoga studios, some title company, a defunct pizza restaurant and an Indian restaurant that has not had buffet for 2.5 years and likely ekes out a substance on catering. And Fresh Thyme is 1/2 the store with largely proprietary brands of health alternatives.
