Karisma Boutique — Local services in Naperville

I was shopping with a friend who happens to love this store. Its not my style, but I was enjoying the experience looking at jewelry, and was talking to a lovely younger sales woman that went to art school who tried to find a ring I liked in my size. We then looked around some more and before leaving I noticed some reading glasses available at a good price, so I tried some on. I called to my friend to ask how they looked, and received the oddest interaction by a middle aged sales lady with blonde hair. She walked up close and blocked me as I was calling out my friend's name and she said "Are you okay?" I was taken aback by this and I said yes, I am just looking for my friend and tried to move away, but she blocked me and said "do you need help?' in a super odd manner. I've never heard, nor have I said "are you okay" to a customer unless they fell or something. Nor have I ever been blocked or blocked a customer that was obviously trying to find someone they know as I am also in retail sales. I am not sure what promted this womans behavior towards me, but I lost all interest in buying anything from this store. 3 stars just because the art student was super helpful and friendly. 0 stars for the blonde that treated me like a reading...

Absolutely FABULOUS store - a true GEM in downtown Naperville. Ginger and her staff are just FANTASTIC - SO helpful and knowledgeable; the kind of attentive customer service you simply don't find anymore. My wife and I spent an hour plus there today, and Ginger came up with SO many great suggestions for outfits - things my wife tried on that she never would have, that ended up looking INCREDIBLE. I had the most amazing experience. Christine was awesome. She was like my own personal shopper. I drove almost an hour to come shop at Karisma. I had a friend that had posted the cutest hat on FB, so glad she shared where she had found it. I stocked up on my hats and gloves and winter scarves.
