MINISO — Local services in Naperville

Came in with my daughters shopping, thought it was an interesting store. However when you walk in you’re greated with a hello. We walked around and browsed. I came upon a shelf in the back of perfumes and there were small bottles, I asked young the lady with pink hair if they were testers meaning are these small versions of the bigger bottles. This young lady looked at me as though I asked to have the bottles.and perhaps I was going to steal them. I just said forget it and begin walking out. One of my daughters looked back and she was counting the bottles as though I stole one. But you’ve been standing here with me the whole time. I must warn you if you are African American stay out of the store. They will profile you. Now let me say this, we are school shopping and had plenty of bags. Nike, Sephora, Apple, were the bags we had from shopping, however I picked this over priced low grade products to steal from. Shame on you!! You will not stay in business long with those horrible employees. Shop...

As much as I love this place so much and everything there is such good quality and the people are so nice and I have so many different things. I hate that place now because I had about $100 worth of merchandise in my basket and when I went up to pay I didn't see the we don't accept hundreds. Sorry for the inconvenience sign so when I went to go pay it turns out I couldn't. I was like hey can you please break Honda for me then they said no we can't. If you were going to have a company that sound outrageously priced things like a tiny squishy for $25, you need to be able to take $100 bills. And if you're not, that's why you're getting this two-star review from me. So...

Terrible customer service. Walked in and was immediately given a weird vibe by the man working there (maybe the owner?) He looked at me and my sibling like we came in to steal something. Not worth the hype at all. They carried all alibaba/temu type products that can be bought online for a fraction of the cost. If you're a minority, be prepared to be profiled by the unfriendly staff that thinks you are there to steal from the cheap selection...
