I don’t know if there is a character limit on this review but I could easily fill it with great things! We were referred to Nick through a friend who used him for their home search. First impressions are always important but right away it felt like I was talking to someone I’ve known for years. Business is important but when you feel a personal connection it takes all the nerves out of it. This was my first home purchase so I had questions and wanted to be walked through the process with attention to detail. From the first introductory phone call to sitting down together at closing, I felt at ease. Nick had referrals for financing, insurance, and a home inspection. I’m a believer in networking with the people you trust and he delivered to say the least. This town is a big but small town. These relationships are most important. When you find someone that is willing to ask the sellers or the builders the hard questions to get the results you want, Nick is your guy. We were connected to Nick from Gulf Shore Properties via another realtor friend of ours who did not cover the SWFL area. He was HIGHLY recommended, and we know why! Since we lived 18hrs away we did a lot of research and communication with him over the phone in prep for our visit to Fort Myers. At the time the market was so hot that when we landed at RSW to visit for the week 11 out of the 12 properties we wanted to look at were already under contract (yes within 24hrs).
