Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii — Restaurant in Naples

Went today and had 2 latte’s, Hazelnut chocolate. We were at the beach across the street. I must tell you living in Maui for 6 years and visiting badass there. These were the worst tasting latte’s we ever had . When asked for straws I was told to drink it out the hole where you would put the straw. They said We are out of straws. I ask you or anyone who runs a business go to the market down the street and pick up a box of straws. He put the drinks on the counter knowing this plus we already payed 15 dollar’s and we were stuck. Got to the beach and they had so muck ice in them you couldn’t fit another cube in them if you tried, because of this they were watered down , we dumped into the sand, absolutely tasteless. Chocolate looking water. I gave it 2 stars because the girl was very Pleasent. I believe the managment is to blame not good training on how to make Latte’s and keep your business well stocked. My husband and I stopped at this location for a latte after our bike ride. We had been here before a few months ago. There were 2 gentleman working, one was obviously new and the other man had been there for a bit and was more experienced. After a couple of minutes after placing my order I could overhear the 2 employees bantering and arguing quite loudly. The more experienced employee was quite caustic and demeaning to his coworker. Instead of stopping people from ordering and catching up on drink orders he just kept serving people and taking there orders letting his coworker flounder. We all waited for a terribly long time for drinks…..some weren’t even made properly. I cant imagine the newest member of the team could endure this kind of verbal abuse from his partner and wonder if he will even return to his job. We used to go to the other BadAss Location all the time and the service and quality was excellent. We were so excited when this one opened up closer to us and it was good at first. The last 4-5 visits though our orders have been incorrectly made and the service has been terrible. There needs to be adult supervision. The kids ignore customers to talk loudly and openly about their personal lives. Which would be fine if they were able to do that and still correctly make what we paid for but they can't. I'm not against teenagers working but there needs to be adult supervision or...
