I've had great experiences here in the past but today's visit, which was likely to be my last, was a terrible experiences. The first issue was that they gave me a quote for radio, install, and kits necessary at $350, and once I agreed they came back and said the dash kit I needed was $30 more expensive. Ok, whatever, go ahead and install. When the truck was finally ready to go, before I paid, I went to go check it out and make sure that everything looked good and was in working order. Good thing I did. The steering wheel controls weren't working. I went inside to point that out and they said, "Oh yeah, that requires an additional kit to have the steering wheel controls work." Um...what? Then they said it would be $80 which would be at cost and they couldn't give it to me any less. So my options were to pay what we had agreed would be all I needed and leave with stock steering wheel controls that no longer are operational, or pay the $80. Needless to say I paid the 80 bucks(the time away from work to find another place who may or may not have been able to do it at same price or cheaper wasn't worth it). They had me pretty much cornered. They managed to leave me no choice and I felt like I was scammed out of $80.
Here is another kicker(no pun intended): I later looked up the part on amazon that they sold me for $80 at cost...and amazon sells it for $40. You can't tell me that amazon is cheaper than...
Read moreI had a sub and amp installed, sounds great, tech did a great job on the install (let’s get that clear first).Now, I made it there at 9:38am, 8 min after they opened, one of the young guys, not a tech, told me It would be 2 hours approximately then he took my keys. After 2 hours my vehicle had not been touched, I inquired about my "2hrs estimate, then I was told that my car was next, after another hour had gone by I had become impatient, inquiring again. They finally told me that “my vehicle was basically done and that he was finishing up so I can get ready to pay. I did. After gathering my children and going out the door waiting for my vehicle to be driven from the back of the facility, I stand out side for over 10 minutes waiting, then we walk back inside and they say that he's “tuning” it….. which takes another 20 minutes……It was after 1: 30p before I left there, My only frustration is that the guy initially told me 2 hours, and it ended up taking a lot longer than that! I'm not an impatient person, it's very frustrating when you're told one thing and it ends up not even being close to the estimated time. No one seemed to care, If I had known it would take that long would have dropped it off. This kid obviously had no clue how long it would take, this is unprofessional, and frustrating. Read moreSloppy and very unprofessional work done on my vehicle. Left all their trash in my car... took me 45 minutes to clean the mess they left in my car... broke my seat panel... and what I paid them to do doesn't even work!!
Go to Bestbuy, Electronic Express or any other place... at least they won't break anything else in your car and treat you with little respect.
This is my rant in anger for I was NOT expecting this at all... I am looking forward to hearing back from them to make this right!!

So... they never called back (in all fairness it was Monday and they were busy), so I went to the shop and expressed my concern about the seat panels.
The owner was polite and told me that he will fix it! Which he did by putting screws in the panels. I am NOT sure how effective this solution is, but it seemed to have worked for now... they should have replaced it with new panels. That's what I would have done!!
Lesson to take away from this experience; before you leave the store check everything... if it's not to your satisfaction let them know and they will fix it...
Suggestion to the crew: please clean your mess after working on the vehicle, my car had all kinds of dirty fingerprints again....which I had to clean... sloppy work makes for bad experience!!
