This micro park is absolutely enchanting. I don't know who built this but it is an art installation. This would be a great spot for a lunch picnic. It's situated right in the middle of the cities hustle, bustle, and traffic. It's nestled between large buildings which creates a whimsically colorful hideaway. Go through the looking glass.
