I recommend you try another pawn shop. I’m a very nice person, I worked in customer service for 12 years, I know there are rough days and I let most things go. But I’ve now had two negative experiences with this pawn shop and it’s bad enough that I’m going to “be a Karen” and leave this review. The most recent experience was the most upsetting. My fiance and I walked in this afternoon, noticed it was extremely busy so after waiting a while, left and decided to come back later since I saw a ring I loved. We came in after a few hours and it was still just as busy. There were several rings I was interested in, which by the way, were in the 1-2K range. After we waited patiently and were nothing but kind and understanding, an employee came over to “help us,” and when we said we wanted to compare a few rings, he rolled his eyes, tossed some kind of keychain off to the side, sighed loudly and said “which ones?” in a rude tone. I was in shock. I asked him for my fiancé’s ID back and we left.

The first negative experience I had with this shop was not nearly this bad, but still frustrating. Several years ago I got a loan for my laptop here. I dropped it off with NO password. When I picked it back up, there had been a password created on it, and no one at the shop knew what that password was. I had to pay someone else $100 to have access to my computer, and the only response I got from this shop when I called was “sorry about that.”

So just keep all of this in mind when choosing this shop. I’m not sure if the employee didn’t think I was serious about purchasing, or just having a really bad day. But I went in there very excited to buy an engagement ring, and left in...

So as of today June 18 2020 you can no longer shop in easy pawn without wearing a face covering. Which makes absolutely no sense at all!!! Been in this store on Multiple occasions throughout this WHOLE so called pandemic! Never wore a mask. I can go to home depot, Wal-Mart, eat at a restaurant, go to a bar without wearing a mask! No problem! I'm not going to compromise my immune system by breathing my own carbon dioxide for ANYONE OR ANY COMPANY! I will be taking my business elsewhere. Went to music city pawn, They have signs telling you not to enter with any face covering, because they don't want to get robbed. At least they actually care about their employees safety. Also Cash America pawn does not require a mask. So I will just be shopping with them from now on. I will no longer be purchasing ANYTHING FROM easy pawn ever again. Did call an complain, won't make a difference. I was told that they have 500 store's, after I said you're going to lose business. Lol I'm sure they could careless I'm one customer, but they won't get my business anymore. And I'm sure they're lot's of people like me out there. And the Manger at this store is NOT someone who should be in customer service! Very snide person! He could careless about repeat customers. Never had a problem with the employees, they are always polite, friendly and helpful. The manager is NOT! as you can read by the other reviews. Again Easy pawn will not be getting any business from me ever again. I spent a lot of money in there store's. Shopped at multiple locations. If and when this is over I WON'T do business there...

I have always had good dealings with these workers they are thorough and patient and do their jobs to the fullest and they are fair on the amount they give you on your products that you are trying to sell or pawn. I have come in with jewelry and asked for one price and they have actually offered me more cuz what I had was actually worth more. I have also had one dealing with an old worker that said my chain was t real but I turned right around and sent some else in with it and they gave it to another worker and it was real and they took care of me actually it was the owners and they corrected it and took care of the worker and her mess up.
