Received an online delivery service order and was completely missing something that I specifically asked for extra of.When I contacted the restaurant to see what we could work out, whether through a refund or redelivery, I spoke with a gentleman on the phone who was very rude and bull headed. He insisted that I bring the food back to receive a refund. I explained to him that I was without a car, hence the need for me to order it through a delivery service, so I would not be able to bring it back. He cut me off and told me he would not refund me anything without me bringing the food to him in person. I did my best to reason with him and he abruptly ended the conversation by hanging up on me. Bad business. I called back and a woman answered. I asked who I had just spoken with and if I could possibly speak with a manager. She stated that “ we don’t really have managers here.”, and that the person I had just been hung up on by, was in, fact, the owner.

Read moreOkay, this is one of my favorite restaurants, BUT it's not without its flaws. I love the food and I love the prices. There are lots of options, and I adore that I can get amazing salads, pizza, pasta, and sandwiches all at the same place.
After reading through some of the other reviews, I'm glad I always order through Door Dash, because I've never had to deal with the customer service at this restaurant. What I have found to be true, though, is that they do not do well with customized orders. If you order extra sauces or make changes to the default options, you probably won't get what you asked for. There's like a 20% success rate of that. They're just not paying close attention to the order details.
If you have an allergy or intolerance, you'll want to order something that doesn't usually include that ingredient, because they probably won't make it without it. They should be more careful about that stuff, because it's a great way to get sued if they cause someone to...
Read moreIt was our first night here in Nashville and we arrived to our hotel and ordered food around 12:35 am.. not knowing they closed at 1am, we were just staving and it was recommended by UberEats. The order was placed with no issues on Ubers side but If the restaurant didn’t want to cook the food they could have just contacted us and declined our order. I would have happy ordered Taco Bell over the quality of our order. Chicken tenders were still pink(raw and slimy) on the inside and soggy, the fries were soggy and still frozen and the calzone was just over seasoned and undercooked as well. I bet this place can serve great food but if you’re going to serve raw/soggy/frozen meals because its close to closing time… it would be more helpful to just decline...
