Dollar Tree — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

Absolutely horrible service and management. My fiance and I went there to fill up helium balloons for a baby shower, and when she asked a simple question to the brunette worker / cashier, the worker was very rude in her response and told us that they didn't do that there and we should go try another dollar tree. I didn't think anything of her rude response initially; I had just brushed it off. I took the balloons out to the car while my fiance started shopping. But when I returned to the store, the manager Megan got right up in my face and said "I just want you to know that your wife was very rude to my employee." I told her that she was in no way rude, and just asked a simple question about helium balloons, and that I also didn't appreciate her getting in my face and harassing her customers. She then claimed that I was the one harassing her, and they had it all on store cameras. I told my fiance to put all her items back, and that we were taking our business elsewhere. The manager then follows us out to the parking lot with her cell phone, recording us!!

This was all very inappropriate and unprofessional. Absolutely absurd and ridiculous, in my opinion!! All over some balloons! What happened to "the customer is always right"? I've never been treated like this at any business, and I don't plan to return to this trashy...

I'm sitting in the dollar tree parking lot right now, just left out from the store after looking for fabric softeners. I looked around for a few minutes & couldn't find them so I went to the one register that was open with 2 associates standing behind it, (one was checking out another customer while the other played on her phone). I asked the one on the phone if they had dryer sheets, she said "yes on the back wall" & pointed, I said "well I just came from there & all I seen was liquid softener" she replied "yea they're back there." I said "ok" & went to look again by myself. I eventually found a small box of softeners & thought maybe the dollar general across the street had a better option, so I went back past the counter & said "yes, I found them but I think I'm gonna check the dollar general & I may come back" one of them replied "ok" while the other made a nasty remark under her breath. I wish I could give no stars. Not at all helpful, not friendly,...

the manager stole money. from a person that worked there..that a lady was nice to give to her to help someone she was talking about to her....they fight with each other.they bully ppl.got a problem with ppl that believe IN GOD....said did not want her there.. management one crying..because other hurts her feels..one meg.cobb.tells ppl about the other manger saying her man done drugs....they take food and f I not pay for it....ppl a casher hi on drugs.....the store always got things in the way can not...get too it...store not clean...alll the time looking at ppl like they going yo take some thing when it is them..staff that is...as it was said they will say bad things..out of they mouth and do not care who hear it..give away things to hey family and friends ...and i only been there 2 weeks..this store need better ...
