I took a guitar in to sale a couple months ago and was offered $200. I turned it down at that time. Well I decided to go ahead and sale it so I went back. There was a different manager than before and he was very rude and started saying that he can't give $200 with it in the condition it's in ( it's literally in mint condition). He claimed that there was something flopping around inside the guitar. There 100% was nothing flopping around in the guitar. He kept pointing at the electric pickup (it's an acoustic/electric guitar). It was not moving at all, even a little bit. It definitely wasn't flopping around. He was just trying to screw me over and get my guitar for dirt cheap. He was willing to lie to screw me over. I'm not one these crackheads that they buy stolen crap from. I have been a customer of Easy Pawn for a few years. I purchased high end and low end items from this store. I've also gotten loans from this location. The staff is very knowledgeable and the customer service is impeccable. Tina runs a well oiled machine at the store. Safety is key and masks are required. When you walk in you feel welcomed. It can get a bit busy at times but that's because the public knows they can get a deal. The shelves may be limited now but the pandemic has affected all businesses, but they have a policy if you buy an item and later find an item more to your liking (i.e. television) you can exchange the item for the better (larger) item. The store is clean and unlike other pawn shops you can move around with ease. If you want top dollar for your loans come here.
