StrikeOut Wingz — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I travel for a living, and was looking for great wings. I checked out this place and ordered a 10pc lemon pepper wing, Cajun ranch fries, and fried okra. The wings were pretty mid, I asked if I could get LP wings dry but they don’t have that as an option only wet, (business note, you should totally have both options to cater to people who don’t want messy drippy wings), the Cajun ranch fries were drowned in Cajun season and also Topped with shredded cheddar cheese which I didn’t know came with it, I also tried to ask for no Cajun but that is also not an option, (shredded cheese should totally be an option and you should make it clear to the customer that it comes on it before just throwing that on (ranch fries) I would’ve preferred nacho cheese if that’s the case. I give the okra a 10/10 and it is the only thing that deserves it! The food overall is a solid 3/10. There are small things that could be fixed but seems like this business may be stuck in their ways and not truly catering to the customers who provide the money. Was really excited to eat their food but they weren’t able to provide my order. I called them and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up and ordered online. The app told me to be there in 20 minutes but I got called 5 min after placing my order telling me they were out of chicken. I changed my order and arrive when I was told to arrive but when I got there, they told me they had just ran out of what I ordered and they refunded my money. Def understand how ya can run out of food but can’t understand why you couldn’t prioritize a customer after making me make multiple adjustments and wasting my gas. Went back and actually ate their food. Lawd have mercy!!! The food is amazing. It’s definitely worth the wait! As long as you get an order haha

I had a disappointing experience at a restaurant recently. After a long day, my family and I decided to grab dinner at a restaurant we hadn't tried before. When I went to order, I noticed the owner seemed agitated, but I assumed he was just tired. I ordered a special dish and requested a family-size portion with Cajun ranch. However, the wait for our food was longer than expected, and despite being told my order was next, I received a regular-size fry instead of the family-size I had asked for. When I brought this up, the owner was dismissive and claimed he always double-checked orders, but I was sure of what I had asked for. Overall, the customer service was lacking, but I appreciated the cook for getting my order right without any issues. However, the cashier's attitude was disappointing.
