Garbage company. After living in TN for 20 years, my wife and I and our 2 autistic kids moved to a different state a few months ago. We still retained our same ID cards and even same license plates on our vehicle as is very common for those who have not fully settled into a new state. My family and I planned a trip to nashville to see my parents who still reside here. I went directly to this companies website to book a home in nashville and went through and paid over $1,000 for a stay of 3 nights. They confirmed it, sent me a link to complete check in information, then I did that. Then only for a couple hours later for them to email us and say they do not allow last minute reservations for locals? No where during booking did it ask for my current home address. It is absolutely ridiculous for this company to be operating with such policies. No where during booking did it even say such policy existed now the funds we earmarked for booking our stay so my 2 special needs children can see there sick and dying grandparents are in LIMBO while we wait for this demonic company to reverse the payment / refund the funds they withdrew. I called and explained to them that I do no live in this state anymore and calmly told them my situation yet they still patronized me and told me that my booking request made on a Wednesday for Saturday night until Tuesday morning check out was not able to be honored and they said the funds were refunded however now I have to explain to my children that the funds are gone and they cant see there grandparents. Imagine how twisted this company is and how delusional there management team is for thinking this is...
Read moreIncredible Stay for our Birthday and Graduation Celebration! We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning VRBO property to celebrate a birthday and an RN graduation with a group of seven friends, and it was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the exquisite decor and the fabulous rooftop lounge, which quickly became our favorite spot to unwind.
Each bedroom was a cozy retreat equipped with its own bathroom, ensuring everyone had their own space and privacy. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens and towels provided were top-notch, adding a touch of luxury to our stay.
The house was fully stocked, which was a delightful surprise for our friend who whipped up homemade cinnamon rolls for our breakfast gatherings. The spacious living room was the ideal setting for our morning coffee and evening wind-downs before we ventured out to Broadway each day.
A special shoutout to the Hallson Hospitality team, who truly went above and beyond! They greeted us with a lovely bottle of wine, caramel popcorn, and ground coffee to kick off our weekend in style. Their responsiveness was remarkable; they accommodated our request for a late check-out and addressed all my inquiries promptly both before and during our stay.
This was, without a doubt, the best experience I've had with a VRBO property, and we can't wait to return to Nashville and rent through Hallson Hospitality again! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic...
Read moreThis place is a hidden gem! Just on the edge of town- it is a cheap Uber or scooter ride into town. Having filtered water in the fridge is great giving the other beverages we consumed this weekend! The whole place is well taken care of and clean. The memory foam bed is a dream, very clean sheets and towels. This place also has a couple of bunk beds and room for an air mattress if a family wanted to rent this spot for a Nashville trip. There is a tradeoff with this BNB which is well worth it- The patio overlooks a highway so it is very noisy during the day/morning for coffee but we got on that highway ramp so many times this weekend to tour the town, Franklin, TN, and Rock Island Falls, it was so worth it. Sunsets on the patio were actually great! You also get a great BNB for a great price being on the edge of town. The street it’s on is extremely quiet at night. Don’t be deterred by the run down building across the street, there is an Audi dealership and some municipal buildings a block away with security personnel that frequently walk down the street towards this apartment building. Very safe and quiet. Street parking is free but the discounted parking ramp is great for extra security if you feel you need it. This is the most bang for your buck you will get in Nashville! Don’t think twice about renting this spot, we were stunned when we walked through the door for how affordable...
