Very happy with my first experience! The Founder/CEO came into the restaurant I work at and offered me a free infrared sauna session to try it out and i enjoyed it. I’ve always loved saunas and this experience tops it. I used two different light therapy’s that focused on my skin health and body fat. I was over the top happy that they provide a tablet in the sauna that can access Netflix and Spotify during your session. There was also different types of rollers/bands offered to relax your muscles and stretch them which I was very happy about. The staff were beyond incredible and nice. Pure Sweat and Float Studio was beautiful and relaxing from the moment I stepped into the lobby. I recommend arriving early enough if it’s your first time to enjoy some of their complimentary tea while you fill out a simple waiver. The room where you enjoy your float is lovely and spacious. I appreciated the private feel as it included a shower for pre and post float. Everything was immaculately clean. The front desk person was very kind and had a relaxed demeanor. They told me everything I needed to know and put me at ease. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in the shower. My only wish was perhaps some body lotion for post shower float but that’s just an idea. I cannot wait to come back. This was such a lovely establishment and you can tell a lot of care is put into the front room, staff, and products and amenities....

I don’t often leave reviews but this place was incredible! I woke up on Sunday with a little hangxiety and for some reason, my hangovers always make me want to go to the spa. Of course there were zero openings for any spa downtown. I had always been curious about floating and love a sauna so I thought I would call to see if there was any way they had availability. They were so kind and managed fit me in. The team explained everything to me thoroughly and I felt very relaxed. The float was OMG incredible- I was in a dream like state the entire time, my muscles twitching me awake. The products available for use in the shower and post float are high quality and remind me of the 5 diamond spa I go to back home. 10/10 will be back.
