Extremely disappointed customer! I bought a set of wind chimes here about a year ago (as everything in this shop, they were certainly not cheap). It recently fell apart completely, and I brought it back and showed the guy at the counter. He seemed surprised and said that it probably should have lasted longer. Since he didn't offer to replace them, I asked if he would at least be willing to give me some kind of a discount, anything at all, on another set. He flatly declined with no apology. Instead he informed me that I would need to take it up with the manufacturer. Are you kidding me? What happened to customer service and wanting to retain customers? I definitely won't be purchasing anything from here in the future and will warn my friends as well. Addendum: Actually, John, Jacob's Chimes come with a lifetime guarantee, as is clearly stated on their website. I'm surprised you weren't aware of this since you directed me to this website and are obviously one of their retailers. In any case, they are sending me a new one. Now that's great customer service.
