Came in on last Sunday to get a few juices for my kids and husband and when we get home and I sip some of my daughter’s I notice that it’s bad, but the exp date is for the next day. By that time we got home they were closed and I intended to call the following day, but I forgot and for the next few days every time I would think about it they’d be closed.
Fast forward to this Sunday, my most free day, I decided to call to tell someone of the situation in hopes of returning the juices to the store. All the girl kept saying was sorry that happened, all the while I’m like okay what about a solution? Then she hands the phone off to someone else and they tell me I can bring them back in for replacement and that they’ve been having an issue with the spinach quality they’ve been receiving. I also asked when the juice was made and was told the Wednesday prior, so the juice should have been off the shelf by Saturday.
I bring the juices back within the hour and I’m offered a gift card, but I ask if I can just replace the juices with another type. The girl says sure, then proceeds to question me about when I opened the juice that I returned like I would be dumb enough to open it a week later and expect it to be fresh. You should be glad I had the courtesy to wait until no customers were in the store before coming in.
I make juices myself and so I know how long they last and it should only be 3 days after making and up to a week if stored in an airtight GLASS container. These are plastic. The only reason why I buy juices from time to time is out of convenience and this whole ordeal was a major inconvenience.
Customer service from the girls at the counter gets a zero. There was one girl who did what she should and that was the second one I talked to on the phone. But nobody said have a good day, sorry again that that happened as I was leaving. Instead they were looking like they were somehow wronged.
The owner should have came out and handled the situation, but didn’t. My husband wounded up drinking his whole juice last Sunday but did say that it tasted old also so that one was a loss.
Nevertheless,...
Read moreWent on a hike at cheekwood today with a friend, afterwards we stopped at Fix juice co. Let’s just say I wasn’t welcomed as we entered this establishment, their was only one customer inside having her order taken. I was ignored and treated as if my presence didn’t matter as I received silence apon entering this establishment. My Asian friend was greeted properly her order taken and I never even received eye contact as I stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged to place my order. We both were discussing aloud what we were gonna order, It took my friend to speak up and say we’re waiting on your smoothie right, after they just said have a nice day to her and never asked if I needed anything. Then I was asked if I wanted to place an order. I’m use to this type of treatment but it’s truly sad and I wasn’t treated fairly. I...
Read moreI was stung by a wasp earlier today and looking forward to a cold and refreshing juice to help me feel better. When I walked by Fix Juice Co I was uncertain if the place was open, as there didn’t appear to be anyone inside, but since neighboring businesses were open, I decided to try the door.
The door was unlocked and when I walked in, 3 young employees jumped up from behind the front counter, laughing and looking embarrassed. It’s obvious they were hiding behind the counter, hoping that no customers would come in, so they wouldn’t have to work. I left and got a drink from CAVA instead. The owner or manager of this establishment should check the cameras to see what the teenagers are up to when...
