Walgreens — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

If i could give them 0 stars i would. they’ve lost three of my disposal cameras and then mixed one of them up with another customers. They never updated me on the status of my photos and continue to tell me “due to covid our operations will take longer and get mixed up”. like seriously??? ur a huge company with so many employees keeping track of cameras should not be that difficult. they are the most unorganized, rude and unprofessional employees i have ever seen. the pharmacists in general have the worst attitude and never want to give me MY OWN prescription because i’m a minor. one actually came up to my mother TODAY and told her to go home because they wanted to close early. she was the last person in line and three people were ahead of her which made no sense at all. i hope this walgreens closes and they put up a CVS or walmart cause they have better service, more variety in products and simple organization skills. don’t let these employees and bots giving “good” reviews trick you, every sane person knows this is the worst pharmacy and walgreens...

We’ve been using this Pharmacy for years. Staff try their best. It is very important to note that they have new abbreviated hours, closing at 6 PM. I’ve been trying to fill a prescription all week and called to clarify. Additionally, I have a child with the flu. I arrived around 5:50 this evening to the drive-through line which was 3 cars long. When I got up to the window at 6:02 PM, several people looked at me and kept going about their business. At 6:04, someone that I could not see came on to tell me that the pharmacy closed and I would need to return the following day to pick up my prescriptions. A 6 PM close is difficult for people who work normal business hours and stop to pick this up on their way home from work. I also think that it is in bad form to turn away a customer who has been in line, waiting at the time that your business closes. I am out of luck picking up my child’s prescription tonight as it has already been billed through...

The pharmacy manager here has to be the rudest lady I have ever met in my life! Her name is Melanie, and she was a total witch. I just had surgery, and she was very rude to us because something was going on with the doctor’s DEA number. Instead of trying to help us, she was very disrespectful and even said she would call the police if we did not move out of the drive-through. She then slammed the phone down and walked away from the window. We had to go back to the surgery center and wait to get the issue cleared. I was told my prescription was now ready, so we headed back there. A very rude gentleman then told us to come back in 15 minutes and annunciated the number 1 and then 5. He then clicked down the phone and walked off. Again, I just had surgery, and they had no regards for anything. Needless to say, we reported both of them...
