I only placed one star so I could write a review . I have always since a child loved Dairy Queen . I have to say it is not the same . Me and my family went one night after telling some people we were going for ice cream and as we went in they approached me to say we don’t have ice cream . I said ok well we will order something else and they looked at me funny and said we are not taking orders . It was not closing time but it was night time . This happened 2 days after my iPhone was stolen at the Walmart here out of my buggy I handed to buggy person . My pastor was called and so forth and all my apps and info had been changed . We left went to sonic and for some reason I was asked my name and when I told them they also said we have no ice cream . And me and my children heard laughing . So in all I’m guessing organized crime has taken over every store in Natchez . Sad to say because this place use to be so beautiful . And if these places are going to allow bad influences control who can eat and enjoy time with there families then shame on them . So Dairy Queen and sonic and Walmart are places we will never ever spend another dollar in . No telling what they put in peoples food they would rather not have live in there towns . I just read where a place in Florida had 2 separate vacation families go to the ER bc there were poisoned with meth . Before my phone was stolen and I reported it to police and called head quarters we did not have these problems . We ate at Dairy Queen all the time they even made my sons ice cream birthday cake and did a wonderful job . Oh and one more thing they did have ice cream cakes and stuff in there freezer part for my children to see and notice we were targeted and treated unfair bc of...
Read moreThe wait here is absolutely ridiculous. If you have a hour of your time to devote to waiting in line then this may be the spot for you. Got in the line at 4:18pm with 2 cars in front. Ordered 2 cheeseburger meals and a blizzard. Got to the window at 4:42pm. Paid then was told to pull forward to wait for food. The car behind us got their food and went around. We backed up to the window and told the lady we were still waiting on our food. She said it should be coming up shortly. I'm not sure what her definition of shortly is. Two employees inside were eating and drinking, just standing around. She handed us the food bag and closed the window. So we waited again until she opened the window back up. She asked what else we had and we told her the Blizzard and a root beer. She grabbed an already made blizzard out of a freezer or fridge and handed it to us. Then fixed the root beer. We pulled out of dairy queen at 5:02pm. The blizzard was in liquid form when we got it, but who has another 40 plus minutes to wait?!?! From reading some of the other reviews, this seems to be an...
Read moreWe stopped at this DQ to get a couple of Blizzards. They took our orders and collected our money and we waited and waited. While we were waiting we noticed that all the napkin dispensers were empty and we asked one of the employees, who was standing around doing nothing, if we could have some napkins. She said that they didn't have any, and so we continued to wait for our order.
Other customers were becoming upset at how long it was taking to get the items they ordered and the DQ staff kept saying that they were doing the best they could. What we saw were cooks leaning on the service window flirting with the female staff and the young ladies were busy eating up the attention. Meanwhile, more and more paying customers were waiting for their orders.
After 45 minutes, that is not a typo - waited 45 minutes, we received our order and went to our car only to find that we got is not what we ordered, so we took what we received and made the best of it. This DQ is suffering from a total failure of management and I believe that the senior management should be held...
