Upon my visit to Family Farms I was told to leave as I was barefoot which I left store and waited for Natick Police.. I informed Police that there is no. Enforcement Laws in Massachusetts for Public Health Regulations on barefoot patrons. There are Laws of discrimination against disabled citizens. Federal Laws And Massachusetts Discrimination Laws supports Barefootin patrons/ citizen rights ... I'm going on 72 years I believe that as walk 365 days here in Natick and surrounding areas barefoot I have assumed all responsibilities for health and wellbeing..5 years I've been going into this location not to cause problems just to get half n half....never had any injury or damage from entering or moving through out floor space in retail areas and the several times I was allowed to use non public toilet facilities with permission by managing staff. There is broken glass all over and yes my feet have been cut..id guess well over 500 times and most likely 4x that... with that I will continue to walk in barefeet...
