Terrible Service. There To Collect A Payment

The shortening of my suit sleeves had to be extended from 10 days to 15 days. Due to them still being too long, per Fina's recommendation. For a seamstress of 12 years she sure didn't know what to recommend to customers. Nor had the personality to take responsibility to her mistake.

She would have been delighted for me to walk out with my suit sleeves still too long, not even having made much improvement to the aesthetics of my suit appearance, nor having accomplished the end result we were looking for.

Upon closing my service, she added an extra surcharge charge to tip herself stating it's justified because the extra altercation she had to make. She closed the tab in frustration and tantrum. I explained I'm not looking to argue. But she throwing her fit.

She swiped my card, threw the receipt AND my charged card back at me. It tumbling on the desktop from her tantrum.

I patiently asking if she need me to sign anything. Not this time.

I looked at the husband / man who witness the whole thing in surprise. As I walk out, I hear him asking her "why?"

She complaining about how long that altercation taking - when the first length was from her recommendation in the first place.

That to me was a service that I could not put a price on.

She didn’t know that I needed a cleaner every week and treated me like family the very first time I walked in the door.
