Lucky is my favorite hair dresser now. I'm very happy to get the referral from a friend so I gave it a try and she did such an amazing job on my hair! I used to pay $65 at another place previously and the results were not equally desirable, not to mention she charges less than half of the price! I took my extremely picky teenager son to her yesterday and he was as thrilled and satisfied as I was. He also appreciated her super friendly approach and greats of humor. What a lovely lady. I'm so happy to have found her and I highly recommend her...

Very rude and insensitive. I came in today after making an appointment over the phone. They were very rude, almost snapping their fingers for me to hurry up. The lady who wanted to shampoo my hair would get mad when i didnt understand what she wanted me to do (she barely spoke English) and pointed out some skincare flaws even though I was only there to dye my hair. She insisted about cutting my hair until I had to clarify I had come in for a dye job (I had already told them what I wanted when I called them).

I went into the store and was greeted warmly by three staff members. The lady was kind and professional as I was deciding on a haircut style. Thinking for a while, I showed her a photo on my phone and went over it to make sure we get the desired style. Before cutting, she shampooed and rinsed my hair at least three times because it was oily. She then cut and styled my hair for a total of $15 USD which took around 15 minutes.
