Explained to the lady on the phone I have cornea issues and I need urgent care , she didn't mention that they don't cover that surgery and made me book a visit to come see. Doctor , the doctor offered surgery but it has to be out of bucket , and he claimed the insurance won't cover this , not sure why they didn't mention that over the phone before they made come to the clinic and pay the fees for the visit which wasn't covered by the insurance too as they claimed , also asked for the check up images which was done by the doctor at the clinic but they told me I have to pay extra fees for that , not sure why they made me come to the clinic for ? Just to charge me money and leave me with no solution. I don't recommend this place to anyone looking for advanced eye care this place is just a fancy...

Don’t be fooled when you walk into the initial waiting room and only see 2 people waiting. I promise there’s plenty more people in the additional waiting rooms in the back. Bring your book, activities, maybe even a pillow, as you will be waiting for a long time. Staff is walking around the hallways, turning around before going into rooms or looking for people, as if they don’t really know how to spend their time. Heard the front desk answer the phone and they told the caller that all their appointments are between 1-2 hours, “2 hours max” …WRONG. Honestly, plan to be here for 3+ hours. I recommend them. I never felt pressured to do business with them as well. They were attentive and careful to my eyes. Won't operate and refuse me if it will be too risky. They also followed up out of their working hours to check if I'm okay after I had a hemorrhage happened. I can tell they were doing their best. It was a success in the end. Thank you to Dr. Roula who is an amazing compassionate person that went over and beyond to make sure I was okay, and the eye doctor/surgeon, Dr. Stainer who is the skilled pro and operated on me!
