The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping you find what you want. With frequent visits, they'll develop a sense of your individual tastes and will make informed suggestions on that basis, which shows how committed they are to creating a positive experience for the customer.
The selection of beer and liquor (I don't know anything about wine so I won't speak on it) is comparable to or better than any other stores in the region of the same size, and better curated. You pay a marginal markup for this curation and to support a local business.

This store has a very diverse and impressive selection of wine paired with craft cheese, chocolate, granola and even my favorite pretzels with honey mustard! As I made my way through the store I was met by the owner who was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He was very helpful in suggesting new beer to try from the large craft selection he has built so far. The staff was very friendly and educated. Looking forward to seeing how this store will grow. Top-shelf liquor selection (3-4 digit whiskeys & brandy) are exceptional for a small non-chain store. Staff friendly & competent, but since I tend to look for specific items, I haven't had a chance to test their depth of knowledge. Th-Sa tastings every week, more than most comparable stores.
