Bought a fridge from here and it stopped working after being plugged in for only 2 weeks. Spoke with the owner, Lanny, and described the issue to him. He said he'd be willing to look at it if we brought it in. My wife described we'd like them to come look at it as it is their product they "stand behind" and considering the very short period of time we were able to use it and how big of an inconvenience it is to take it apart to get through our door. Once that was said Lanny would not answer or return any phone calls from my wife's number for over a week. I called from my number and he picked right up. I got to experience his professionalism as he said he is done dealing with this and hung up on me. Itll be cheaper to spend the extra bit of money now and have a fridge that works longer than a month......

My husband and I just bought a washer and dryer from this company and we love it!! They were a great price and the owner sent 2 of his employees out to install them both. Both guys were very professional and friendly! Before this we also bought a queen size bed and box spring and both were still in plastic and it is very comfortable. Everything we have bought from them have been great. If we need to contact them we can and they are all very friendly and willing to help. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends! We bought a flat top convection stove it keeps showing a f10 code so as right now we can not use the stove I called the store explained what was going on and I keep getting the run around all it is is the temperature sensor. Instead of them sending someone out to fix it they want to take the stove back to the shop so then we will again be with out a stove. It is still under a 30 day warranty.
