I am given this store one star if there is any option to no star I would, I want because i saw the sign of 90% off everywhere in town but off course this it not true. I bought from 3 bedroom two for one adult and 2 kids, wore over $5000, he told me that he give me a discount which never happen and after I want him I did a little research and I found out he sold a bout $200 expensive than the market out there, even macs were cheaper than him. and after i told him he claim that is because i get finance and deliver fee where it is premise its free deliver which came out to be deliver fee and finance where hidden in the price he give you. and second it took up to 9 week to get everything. even though he has on his receipt and when i replace the order told me 2 to 4 week. never mention that it will take that long so i could have the option to choose something else. on my first deliver i get two bed after two weeks. when time came to delver he sent the first delivery with two drunk mens who came to may house and just make a mess and where not able to assemble the furniture and left furniture in the middle of my rooms. they start to assemble but they broke species of the bed while the where doing. so i had to wait another three week to get the pieces that the first two men brook. after the first deliver , he send another men to put together the first two bedroom, he was able to put together one and the other broken one took back to the store. so when i called him and told him i want to cancel the rest of the order , he told me there is no return because it is special order, which mean earthing that you but from him is a special order because he does not have a good floor or a layout or inventory to pick from, so force you to order form the catalog and become a special order and will be no return. which I wish he told me that from the beginning and I would have know. so finally on the 8 weeks the get the broken one and the last bedroom. while i order from macs a dining room and living room and i get them the week after with professional people who where clean know what they are doing and fast. so at the conclusion, expensive and bed experience, does not keep their promise and not truthful. not professional and does not care he wants to sell and make money. so at the end he give me $ 200 back for everything I went through with him. which was...
Read moreIf I could write a review with no stars I would. My boyfriend went into the store wanting to purchase a vanity chair for my makeup area. They have no vanity chairs. Instead he bought a dining room chair that was filthy dirty for $104.00! Yes he should not have purchased the chair from the beginning. While he was purchasing the chair he explained to a young gentleman that the chair was for my birthday. He purchased the chair on Friday. Proceeding to tell the young man how we were going away for the weekend to celebrate and will be back on Monday (making sure it was ok for me to return the chair if I didn't like it). Monday we both went to the store because I wanted to return or exchange the chair. I could not believe that he purchased that chair. I was more surprised they would sell a chair like that for $104.00 I felt as though he got totally ripped off. Which he did. Going to the store I was open minded. We walk in with the chair wrapped up for it not to get more messed up then it already was. Going upstairs in the show room I see a bunch of dirty chair thrown into a room. It was the craziest furniture experience I've ever had. There was an older man there who I guess thought was Helton g us but instead was disrespectful and rude to the both of us. I saw a white chair I thought would work, as I looked at the receipt and noticed it said no refunds. This women brought down the chair. Not in the light I can see that this once nice white chair which was still a dining room chair was filled with stains from rust to coffee etc. I then asked the man if this was the exact chair I would be receiving in exchange for the chair my boyfriend already purchased. He then told me to calm down. I was very confused by his body language and way he was acting towards the both of us. The yelled at me and asked me what I wanted from him as if I was in there looking to get a haircut or something crazy. Hello we are in a furniture store!!! He told me he would wipe down the chair and I had to pay $100.00 more to exchange the chair. So this dirty dining room chair I'm expected to pay $204.00 for ? Read moreMy parents, who are Seniors just purchased a family room set from Suniland. We arrived on a Sunday, not kowning the store was about to close... it didn't matter, we were greeted and treated by the owner with great respect and patience while trying to find a furniture set that was comfortable to both my Mom and Dad... (many aches and pains at their age). After a while they agreed on a set to purchase and the price was very fair. My Dad and Mom said the men who delivered the furniture on the busy Memorial Day weekend were wonderful.. They didn't rush through and they arranged the furniture perfectly. The delivery "gentlemen" were respecful and kind to my parents. A couple of days after delivery, my parents thought there was a problem with the operation of the reclining mechanism on one of the couches... Suniland sent a repair man over the very next day ... the polite man showed my parents where the plug had gotten loose LOL - cant say enough! We are a big family and have all tested out the new set of beautiful couches and recliner... SO COMFORTABLE and the family room looks great. We cant say enough! Thank you Suniland, we...
