Magnolia is a lovely place to shop for all your soap and bath needs, plus a little extra! It has a genuine warmth to it that’s inviting and gives feel good vibes! All of the staff are continually sharing smiles & joyfully serving all who enter in. That’s just icing on the cake ! The soaps and bath essentials are all a pleasure to use. They’re made in house, by hand, and with perfect blends of ingredients. I haven’t found a product I didn’t like! The shower oil is a must! It’s so easy to use and leaves your skin so soft and hydrated in no time within hassle. My dogs even enjoy the pet soap and spray. I know I love it for them, it lathers so smooth, gives a squeaky clean, rinses with ease, snd leaves your furry friend feeling soft and fresh with no residue. The laundry detergent is phenomenal! It’s loaded as much or little as you’d like with your preferred fragrance or with none. It softens and cleans wonderfully all at once. It’s so pleasing to my senses to roll up in my sheets or dry off with a towel that’s been laundered with my favorite Magnolia Soap and Bath Co. detergent **Aqua Spa. I actually love mopping with a scoop of the detergent in my mop bucket. My floors never looked so great and the clean scent makes it that much better! There’s something for everyone, you’re sure to find your own faves. There’s plenty of masculine scents as well as beard balm, beard oil, charcoal soaps, etc. They’d love to see you and get you signed up on their rewards program. I’ve been a customer of both Southhaven and Germantown locations and have yet to be less than impressed with the presentation and service at these boutiques, as well as, and most importantly to my family, the superior quality of these products! This morning was particularly beyond exceptional...! I arrived at the store at 9 AM not realizing that they don’t open until 10 AM ( I’m typically an afternoon shopper). As I did, I saw one of the owners leaving the shop... and said “Oh wow- I caught you right as you opened!” Then, seeing she was leaving, in the next breath said, “Oh- you AREN’T opening- you just happen to be here..! haha!” She smiled and waved me in as she started back through the doorway... I said, “No- I can come back later...”, but she insisted. She quickly mixed my laundry soap for me as we had a nice little chat ( where I learned her name- I had previously met her husband, Dean, who was beyond helpful and generous in every way- even did a soap making demo for our homeschool group. I found his lovely wife, Callie -sp?- to be just as helpful and kind!) and it- of course- smelled divine!! ‘Just love this local business so much and will remain a faithful customer as long as Dean and Callie own and operate it! Amazing location, both in downtown New Albany and in Barnes crossing mall. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service! Their products, oh gosh where do I even begin.....their laundry detergent is phenomenal! I have gotten so many compliments since using it, it cleans well and smells amazing to boot! I love their shower oil, it smells great and my skin loves it, it’s so hydrating and doesn’t leave my skin irritated. I have pretty sensitive skin and a lot of products are problematic for me, but not Magnolia Soap and Bath Co. They have so many amazing scents to choose from, but vanity is my favorite. I believe they also carry some unscented products as well. I just can’t say enough great things about this business and their products. I would highly recommend everyone try them out. My step-mother owns a boutique in Saltillo and I believe she is carrying some of their products wholesale, and her customers love them as well. Great place, great atmosphere, and expectational staff.
