I had called and ordered 2 small cheese dips, an order of fries, sweet tea light ice, and an order of buffet wings. I rolled up to the window and had told the lady my order number and she proceeds to tell me my order. She says 2 medium cheese dips and I said it's suppose to be 2 smalls and not mediums. She ignored my comment and continues to read off the order. I remind about my ice in my drink as well. For some reason it was $28. I was getting upset after pulling off, so I had pulled over to look at the ticket and it said 2 medium cheese dips. I call back up there to let them know that my order was wrong and I was suppose to receive 2 small dips and not 2 mediums. The guy goes on to say that they charge the smalls as mediums because of bowl size and offers to take back cheese dip and get my money back for it. At this time my autistic non-verbal son is screaming at me for the cheese dip because it's one of his favorite things in the world. I go on to tell this guy why wouldn't y'all say something to the customers before hand about the size issue when ordering takeout instead of secretly up charging the customers. I tell the guy to forget it and hang up. I should have looked at all of the food because it's ridiculous. The cheese dip is just cheese water!!! My son was crying because the cheese dip wouldn't even stay on his fries or his chips. He refused to even eat it. The serving size of his takeout fries wasn't even worth the almost $3 that they are charging either. It was just like a handful. You receive double if not a little more when you dine in. My tea was full of ice when I asked for light ice so I had to use my hand to fish most of it out. Due to my sensitive teeth, I cannot have a lot of ice or I feel excruciating pain in my teeth. The wings normally come in 12 and I only received 10. All in all the................well, everything was a bad experience. Portion sizes ARE significantly smaller when you order takeout for everything. I don't think we will be going back for a long time. NOTE TO EVERYONE: Definitely not worth it going through the drive thru.

I placed an Order for pick up… Had to come all the way back because it was missing An entire entree. Tacos were for my daughter and she said mommy these are really tough. These were allegedly shredded tacos. I don’t know what type of Mexican food you’re used to, but this is definitely not it for me. This honestly shouldn’t have been the type of order to get wrong. I will end on a positive note and say that their guacamole is noteworthy. And maybe their bar services are better overall so if you’re going there for drinks and guacamole and chips, you might be OK but don’t go here thinking you’re going to get a quality meal….respectfully.

It was a great experience! We were just passing through this small town… and my husband asked a local when he was filling ⛽️ if this restaurant is good … he said oh yeah the best in town!. He was rigth my pictures are not the best!. Gracias por tan buen servicio, buenas porciones y buen precio!. Mi esposo comió feliz y le incluía salad bar!.
