I’m from Seattle and we have hundreds of great Asian restaurants to choose from. On my frequent trips to Milwaukee I rarely go for Asian because one usually gets some heavily Americanized Asian dishes that I don’t prefer. My mom wanted to go here and the strip mall location didn’t seem promising but I don’t say no to my mom. I was very pleasantly surprised that it was very fresh vegetables rapidly stir fried with tender beef in a perfect marinade and served piping hot. The menu choices are pretty standard fare. While you can dine in (we did) there’s only two tables and they clearly prefer takeout (even though we dined in it was served takeout). Read moreWhile waiting for the order, flies were buzzing everywhere. Rude attitude from staff and it wasn't busy. Got my order home and my son found out immediately that the lids were not on tight! Half of some items were spilled onto everything else as well as on my son's hands getting burned. I tried to call and just let them know to make sure they put the lids on tight. I get yelled at, they couldn't speak any English, and nothing was accomplished, LEAST of all an apology. If you're going to run a business please know English and package your product securely. Read moreSuper huge portions!! The Chinese restaurants I’ve been to don’t give enough food. So, I ordered two chef specialties General Tso’s chicken, instead of one to share with my hubby. BIG mistake! Lol Their portions are massive! We didn’t even make a dent in it!
For the meal, it was good. However, there wasn’t any spice to it. Usually General Tso’s is sweet and spicy. Every place is different though. Next time, I’ll make sure I ask for extra spice. Needless to say, I’ll be making this my go-to Chinese...
