THE STORE MANAGER DACTIVATED MY 13 YEAR OLDS IPHONE WITHOUT MY CONSENT, He illegally entered my account to do this. I bought my iPhone from damari. The store manager. I sat in the store 2 1/2 hours, and had to even call and get Verizon to place the 7 dollar protection plan because he refused to put it on my phone, they do not offer the entire Verizon options. I leave the store and a week later this manager calls me and asked to return to store because he neglected to have me sign the forms you see pictures of, or there computer malfunctioned and needed me to resign, I informed him his service sucked, I would never return to this particular store, 5 min later my daughter calls from her cousins phone while at the mall, 12pm on a Wednesday informing me her phone is not working. This manager thought he could bully me back into the store. I contacted Verizon whom informed me that he illegally entered my account to deactivate this phone, could not believe I had had this phone for one week and that he decided upon his on accord to turn it off. A week later rather than return the phone to the store, I am in contact with Verizon attempting go have it reactivated. The first supervisor I spoke with through Verizon plait stated he violated there code of conduct, due to his illegal entry into my account, they would give me the iphone, but it would take a moment to pull it away from this store and back into Verizon's inventory. This is not a true Verizon store, it's called a authorized retailer permitted to sale Verizon products, I am now in the process to file charges on...

First service person: Spent three minutes perusing the wall of maybe 30 products, only to end up giving me AND FITTING my phone with the wrong case. This led to a lot of emergency calls to (911) and filling a brand new phone's photo gallery with hundreds of screen shots of a black screen and failing to correctly install the corporate software package from my multi-billion dollar corporation that is time-specific per person.
Second service person: Only talked when questions were asked twice, never helped, never checked stock, never smiled, never looked me in the eye, never moved off the stool, never offered any products or services, and never attempted to make my morning's visit even decent... all she did was complete the paperwork for the return of the incorrect products, then look AT HER PHONE.
Overall, the visits were super disappointing and just despicable. I took my business to AT&T's store and bought a new phone, phone case, and max service... and they were super helpful and had...
Read moreThis store will scam you. There is not a a real return policy here. They claim if you return the phone in 14 days you pay a 50$ restocking fee and then you are refunded your money. However, the woman working refused the refund because if a small scratch on one phone. On the other phone, that has never been used and still had the protective cover on it, she removed the protective cover and still wiped it with her cloth. We decided to leave instead of returning just one phone. I called corporate to see if there was anything I could do and they said take the one the store would accept back and return it there and they would get a return label in the mail for the other. The woman would not take the phone she would take earlier because she said it was scratched. She was the only person to use that phone and she was the one to take the included protective screen off.
The point is. If you buy anything here, do not expect to get a return. This means if you buy one of their 1000$ phones for the sale price of 250$ then you cancel your plan because you had to. You are stuck with a 1000$...
