Dairy Queen — Restaurant in New Boston

Went 2 times. HORRIBLE. First time they had no fish or onion rings. Bathroom was horrible, no tp and trash all over the floors. Hamburgers were horrible. Playground was falling apart. One of the big stones on the wall outside fell and missed hitting my 3-year-old in the head.

Decided 2 months later to try again because there is not many places around here. Second time we were at the counter for 15 minutes before someone took our order. Several times people made eye contact but did not take our order. Some even said that they would be right with us. The only reason why we stayed that long was that I promised my kids Sundays for a treat. There were about 10 other people behind us when our order was finally taken. We ordered 5 Sundays. They mixed up the sizes and for the large, it was put in a small. I asked about it and was told that they do not sell large Sundays (it is on their menu) so they put it in a cup.

While there for the second time I see a lady having problems with her issues with her order. She took it back 3 times before she said the hell with it and got a refund. The playground was closed, by them blocking the door inside. The way to the playground from the outside was not blocked off so one did not see that it was closed until they ordered and then made for the playground.

I had to wait at the counter another 5 minutes for napkins. Really, not giving a family with 4 young kids that ordered Sundays is asking for a huge mess. I asked for a lead for my drink cup that had the Sunday and was given a top that would fit on a large Sunday dish (that they do not have), this did not fit on top of the cup.

We will not be going back. Next time we will go to Sonic and get ice...

Wish I could leave 0 stars I went here on lunch break a couple of times both were a bad experience I sat in the drive thru for nearly 30 min just to order one blizzard there was only one car in front of me and they ordered a chicken basket. They sat at the window for as long as I did. When I got to the window finally I asked before I pay did you make it they said no we still have to make it. There management there is a joke he doesn't care bout the customer or the employees attitudes. The second time I went pretty much the same thing waited forever and person in window was rude. Acted like he didn't care bout his job wouldn't look at me when talking to me. Still didn't have my food ready. This place in newboston dairy queen is a joke.some years back it used to be good but they really went down hill. WORST place to eat. I would never recommend eating here. Service is absolutely horrible. The first time I went it wasn't busy, but waited 45 minutes just for 2 chicken baskets!! When I got the chicken it was burnt and when I took it to the cashier and asked for another one or my money back she was very rude. After a couple months I figured I'd give the place one more shot. This time I went through the drive thru and the wait wasn't that bad. I checked the bags to see if everything was there and it was. Drove all the way home just to open up the burger and there is NO MEAT. It had to be a joke!!! Everything that went on the burger was there EXCEPT THE MEAT! This place is a joke.
