We bought this electric rolling machine. We got it home, it rolled 1 cigarette and the button jammed. It never worked after that. When we took it out of the package there were small broken pieces in the box. That should have been my first hint. I called back up to the shop 2 hours prior to closing and was told to come back up today. The reason he gave for that today was because of cleaning 2 hours before closing. So you actually close at 7 and not 9 because you refuse to take care of your customers during that time? There was also a crack in the body where you put the tobacco that the worker pointed out that we did not see. So they sold a messed up machine. He was rude blaming us for it and would not listen. He said if we would have been there yesterday he could have refunded us. Well... You told us today. He was incredibly rude and refused to make things right in any way. So it rolled a $20 cigarette which the cherry would drop off of and burn my bed sheets. Thank you tobacco station USA for wasted time, money, gas,...

I was Extremely pleased with this store they had a very large selection of products and the customer service from David was excellent!!! I no longer have to go all the way to modern primitives in texarkana this store has just as much if not more selection!!!!
