If I could leave no stars I would.
I placed an order through DoorDash and selected to pick it up myself.
When I made it to the store, I went through the Drive Thru like I always do to pick up my order. I also placed an additional order.
When I pulled up to the Drive Thru window, I was greeted by the cashier. She told me the price of the extra order and I handed her my card. A disheveled man in a nasty blue shirt and pants; I later learned his name was Roger, came around the corner and looked at me in the Drive Thru. He told the cashier I had to come in to pickup the DoorDash order even though I have never been told that before.
I asked them to keep the two orders together and I would get them when I made it inside. Due to the cool wet weather, I knew the pain in my hips and knees would force me to need to visit the restroom before getting my food.
I drove back out into traffic and then to the other side of the building closest to the restroom where I parked my car. I got out to take out my rollator(rolling walker with a seat on it) and went inside the store. Even though I couldn’t use the women’s restroom, because it was dirty and smelled horrible, I walked over to the counter to get my food.
I specifically ordered Extra Crispy, I alway order Extra Crispy and what I received looked just like Original. When I pointed this out and asked for a manager, the man with the filthy blue shirt and filthy pants, named Roger, came over touching all over my order opening and closing it without gloves and with his bare hands stating I could take the chicken or not. He refunded the additional chicken I purchased in the Drive Thru and told me my DoorDash order was not his problem even though all of the chicken looked just alike.
The man was extremely aggressive to the point that one of the other customers suggested that I report Roger to his manager. I purchase Extra Crispy chicken breasts because it is the only fast food I can eat without getting sick.
Thanks to Roger, I must find something else to take KFC’s place. I don’t need this much stress PERIOD over franchised food that is supposed to meet KENTUCKY FRIED...
Read moreWhile visting from another town we stopped at this location as we have in the past when we do visit in New Boston, this visit was the worst of all, we were sold 4 rock hard until it crumbled biscuits, the chicken was so old it was not hot nor fresh, we took the whole order back not expecting to agrue with why we wanted the chicken replaced and this was after I called to inform that none of the food was fresh, they knew we would be back so they gave us a cookie, the large boxed ones for our trouble that was sitting to the side, now going back to the staff, there must have been 5-6 on duty that evening and it was not busy so we are not sure why they served us the food they did and we think the cookiee they had set aside may have caused a family memeber to get a stomach infection. With an all White staff in a small town where racisim exits, if you are Black do not order in the drive-thru, go inside and watch how they prepare your food or find another location, these people at this location...

She said, “Rudely, I can’t take 2 separate orders through the window, you can come in to do that”. I said, “Ok, thank you” I left. This the first time I have ever been told you couldn’t place separate orders through the drive through. It is no different from taken another’s car order behind me.
