I will start with saying i have spent a lot of money at this location. My order was made wrong, it was a Double Steak Cheesy Burrito (the current special)contacted the taco bell made purchase from(12 miles from my home). This is not the 1st time it has happened, but doesn't happen to often. The Problem is that the burrito was full of mostly rice. There was hardly any steak in it at all. Spoke with Roger tells me that there is nothing he can do about the double steak cheesy burrito. Unless i drive this burrito back a total of 24 mile round trip to let him see it. When before they would take down your name and fix their mistake. Explained that i had just purchased one couple hours earlier on 7th Street in Texarkana. Beautifully done was delicious. Made me want another so stop by the one closest to my home (again 12 miles away). Roger explains to me that all taco bells are different.. I said but the ratio of the item ingredients is supposed to be the same across the franchises right? NO STRAIGHT ANSWER, just attitude. He said Nothing he could do without seeing it. So thanks for calling me a Lair. Will not buy from New Boston KFC/Taco Bell, and will advise no one else does either. But if you do CHECK YOUR FOOD as i should have done. That's on me. Read moreI recently went to the local Taco Bell in New Boston,Texas...I ordered a number one supreme tacos...and I am sending attachments of what I got..1st I was informed they didn't have any sour cream....I said that would be fine even though I was being charged for it.2nd I get to the window and asked if I would like sauce,YES mild...then told we only have hot...I then said okay give me whatever you want...3rd I get home the tacos placed in the bag smashed and upside down4th I realize they are small tacos no tomatoes....And that was it!!! I drove back and the manager refunded my money, however this didn't help me with dinner and for sure not like the taco bell experiences I have had in Tulsa ,Oklahoma where I am originally from.... Read moreI was serviced through the drive-thru by cashier Andrea. I had previously waited minutes in the line prior to approaching the speaker. She insisted putting me on hold again, so I waited- I grew impatient after a little while and asked her to take my order in a polite manner. She responded she was with a customer. There was only 1 car in front of me. I arrived to pay and she acted as if I was dirty and refused to touch my hand. I said thank you multiple times and no response. I received my food without utensils, lemonade was hot and EXXTTTRRRRAAAA SWEEEEEEEEEETTTT, , the Cinnabon were ice cold in the middle and NO NAPKINS.
